  Agile Methodology
 
 
Agile methodology is an alternative to a traditional project management approach, when more traditional methods are ineffective or not suited for the Clients and It's is  Most commonly used in software development, we  focuses on “sprints,” or short, incremental sequences. In Agile methodology we follow Agile Manifesto, which includes 12 principles:

  2. Welcome of changing requirements;
  3. Delivering working software frequently;
  4. Daily, close cooperation between all parties;
  5. Building projects around trusted, motivated individuals;
  6. In-person conversations and collaboration;

  12. Constant reflection on how to become more effective.
 ASAP Methodology
 
 
ASAP methodology which is an alternative to a traditional project management approach, when more traditional methods are ineffective or not suited for the Clients and It's is  Most commonly used in ERP projects

 

Standing for Accelerated SAP (ASAP) divides implementation into five phases. These are:

 

  1. Project preparation

  2. Business blueprint

  3. Realization

  4. Final preparation

  5. Go live and support.
