Location: Katy, TX with potential for placement at various unanticipated client sites throughout the United States for project implementation.

May require extended travel. Design test plans, and document and report defects using tracking systems. Plan, implement and support critical production services to improve scalability, reliability, performance, and availability. Architect, engineer, and design testing programs to address system impact and storage environment to meet business needs, security, and SLA requirements. Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, evaluate, modify, deploy, and document application, system, or infrastructure software and problems. Provide integration and deployment tools and scripts. Ensure system performance, uptime, and support levels meet or exceed functional requirements. Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related or the equivalent required. Position: Senior SuccessFactors Consultant

Term: Full-Time (W2, 1099, or C2C)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of Business and user needs, documentation of requirements, translation into proper system requirements (Business and Functional) This includes creating, and maintaining business requirement documents, use cases, and process diagrams and communicating information to WFS project teams.
  • Lead client workshops either onsite or remotely demonstrating understanding of leading industry practices during the implementation of Workforce Management Software

Position: SAP Payroll Admin (Payroll Operations)

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dedicated team player who can join our SAP practice to support SAP Payroll operations for one of our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with bi-weekly and daily payroll processing responsibilities, including timely audits and analysis in the SAP Payroll system.
  • Review and balance all Time from the time entry system and payroll data (Bonus/additional payments, retro payments, etc.).
  • Review system-generated exception reporting and other payroll audit reports and take action as necessary.
  • Answers payroll inquiries and direct all non-payroll-related inquiries to human resources.
  • Manage garnishment payment process accurately, timely, and within defined controls. i.e., Tax, child support, medical, and other court-mandated garnishments in HRIS.

  • 3 to 5 years of garnishment processing, including research and adjustments.
