Position: Azure DevOps Engineer

Term: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

The Sr. Software Engineer drives effective delivery of product/platform needs through developing high quality software and technical solutions. Fluent across the full stack and coaches junior developers to promote a flexible mindset and develop technical competence. We need an Engineer who – Leverages strong understanding of business to develop high quality code to meet product/platform requirements. Drives and leads adoption of architecture standards and development practices like Test-Driven development, code reviews, static code analysis etc. Writes effective technical user stories and ensures that non-functional requirements are met to ensure performance, scaling, resilience and maintainability of software/solutions. Actively resolves defects and manages technical debt. Develops unit tests to ensure good coverage and regression testing ability. Assists in the development of automated tests and environment management scripts. Practices DevOps methods like CI/CD, SDLC automation and proactive monitoring/telemetry. Participates in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives to enable progress, and surface and resolve impediments. Evaluates emerging technologies continually to identify opportunities, trends and best practices to strengthen Customer’s development practices. May play a supervisory role toward junior technical resources as they commit to and deliver work.

Must Have: Certification in Microsoft Infrastructure Solutions

Qualifications/Require:

Master’s degree (or the equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration or a closely related field with 1 year of experience in the job offered or as a Build/Release Engineer, Project Leader, Change Management Lead or Associate/Operations Manager. A Bachelor’s degree followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience will be considered equivalent to a Master’s degree. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. Extensive travel/relocation to various unanticipated client sites for assignments of various unanticipated duration within the US is required

Job Responsibilities:

 

We are looking for a full-time direct hire Senior SuccessFactors Systems Analyst for one of our esteemed clients in Houston. Looking for someone with hands-on experience to deliver HR technology and process deliverables, particularly in SuccessFactors Employee Central. Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central module with a minimum of 2 certifications in the following modules (Compensation (both basic and variable pay), Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning Management System) within SuccessFactors. The Analyst should have previous experience configuring modules, as well as assisting clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of SuccessFactors HR application solutions. All certifications must be current.

Position: SAP HCI Technical consultant

Job Responsibilities:

We are adding to the team of a Success Factors implementation with our global client.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the HCI and Boomi development process from requirements gathering to full development.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve problems with HCI and Boomi integrations.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team and third parties to architect efficient and stable production integrations.
  • Document and analyze current business processes and underlying systems/applications.
  • Define and implement best practices for integrations with standard enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM. • Define version control procedures and assist in managing all environments and code releases on each.
  • File Conversions –Migrate existing Dell Boomi interfaces into HCI.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical peers and business users.
  • Form strong working relationships with peers and across the organization.

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 – 6 years of hands-on development experience in SAP ABAP, Dell Boomi, and HCI Integrations.
  • Experience in building Integration Strategy for customers having on-premise and cloud application systems (Success Factors and SAP).
  • Experience with full life cycle implementation and complex integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Experience and knowledge of SAP Activate for SAP Success Factors Methodology.
  • Functional Background with cross-module experience including understanding of integration points across SAP Success Factors modules, SAP On-Premise (HCM), and Middleware (PI, PO, Dell Boomi, HCI, and Bib).
  • Experience with testing (SIT/UAT), training, knowledge-transfer, and deployment.

Skills:

  • Must have knowledge in HCI (Hana Cloud Integration) and Dell Boomi.
  • Have a full understanding of cloud-based integration, API management, and Master Data Management.
  • Working knowledge on all types of connectors types in BOOMI, process reporting and Atom/ Atmosphere management.
  • Good Knowledge in the area of SAP on-premise HCM, Success Factors Employee Central, and Compensation.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in integration between SAP Success Factors and SAP /Non-SAP Applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivating and be able to plan your own work.
  • Collaborative and a team player.
