Location: Katy, TX, with potential for placement at various unanticipated client sites throughout the United States for project implementation and support.

  • Database administration and Maintenance of database applications in the area of Financial
    & EHS Domains.
  • Implement Database administration activities like Installation, Configuration, Backup &
    Recovery, Database Security, Migrations, Upgradations, and maintenance.
  •  Automating backups in MongoDB & MSSQL Server in both native and Cloud environments.
  • Implement high-availability solutions like Log Shipping, Mirroring, Replication, Clustering,
    and AOAG.
  • Work on Version Control operations such as Linking SQL DB to source control, branching,
    merging, updating, committing changes, and generation of builds using tools like SQL
    Compare, GIT Source control, Team city, and Bitbucket and deploying the changes to
    Databases in different environments to achieve CI/CD pipeline.
  • Work on Migrations from on-premises to Azure & AWS IAAS and PAAS servers.
  • Work on Creating Databases, Backup and restoring space Management, and scaling up/down the resources of SQL Server based on the requirement in Azure & AWS Cloud.
  • Work on ITIL – Management like Incident Management, Change Management, Problem
    Management and Release Management
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, strong ability to understand Business
    process requirements and translate them into client-specific solutions;
  • Self-motivated to work independently as well as in the SLRI Solutions team with significant
    contributions to team-based problem solving, ability to track and prioritize numerous

Job Responsibilities:

Preparing Project Plan for Global solution rollout for ten legal entities with SuccessFactors modules. Recruit management (RCM), marketing (RMK), and onboarding (ONB), which includes Prep, Design, Build, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare; prepare requirement gatherings workshops content for multiple legal entities; present and drive the Global solution; provide fit gap analysis for Enhancements; provide the SAP SF best practices to the business; update SAP SF standard Global design workbooks; present and conduct the ad hoc workshops; configure work items agreed upon and requested as part of workshops; participate in Unit testing and training for the business; present the configured system to the business during various iterations; prepare the test case scenarios for all configuration items; participate and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT); cut over activities and System readiness for Go-live; provide Hyper care post-Go-live. Job Responsibilities:

We are adding to the team of a Success Factors implementation with our global client.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for analysis, Development, Modifications, installation and maintenance of SAP
    Cloud platform integrations (SAP CPI).
  • Responsible for gathering interfaces requirements.
  • Participate the in Business user calls for requirement gathering.
  • Prepare process design, Technical design and unit test documents for developments.
  • Implement Interfaces from and to Success factors to vendor systems as per the requirement.
  • Establishing SFTP, SMTP, and FTP messaging protocols as per the requirements for each
    vendor.
  • Build Integration Inflows artifacts using palette elements like Participants, Process, Events,
    Connectors, mappings, message transformers, External or Internal call, message routing, security elements, Persistence and message validators.
  • Implement error and exception handling.
  • Perform end-to-end Unit testing.
  • Participate in end-to-end user testing.
  • Support and monitor production system and resolve issues.

  • Experience with full life cycle implementation and complex integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Experience and knowledge of SAP Activate for SAP Success Factors Methodology.
  • Functional Background with cross-module experience including understanding of integration points across SAP Success Factors modules, SAP On-Premise (HCM), and Middleware (PI, PO, Dell Boomi, HCI, and Bib).
  • Experience with testing (SIT/UAT), training, knowledge-transfer, and deployment.

Skills:

  • Must have knowledge in HCI (Hana Cloud Integration) and Dell Boomi.
  • Have a full understanding of cloud-based integration, API management, and Master Data Management.
  • Working knowledge on all types of connectors types in BOOMI, process reporting and Atom/ Atmosphere management.
  • Good Knowledge in the area of SAP on-premise HCM, Success Factors Employee Central, and Compensation.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in integration between SAP Success Factors and SAP /Non-SAP Applications.
