Position: Senior SuccessFactors Systems Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

 

We are looking for a full-time direct hire Senior SuccessFactors Systems Analyst for one of our esteemed clients in Houston. Looking for someone with hands-on experience to deliver HR technology and process deliverables, particularly in SuccessFactors Employee Central. Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central module with a minimum of 2 certifications in the following modules (Compensation (both basic and variable pay), Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning Management System) within SuccessFactors. The Analyst should have previous experience configuring modules, as well as assisting clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of SuccessFactors HR application solutions. All certifications must be current.

Job Responsibilities:

We are adding to the team of a Success Factors implementation with our global client.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the HCI and Boomi development process from requirements gathering to full development.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve problems with HCI and Boomi integrations.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team and third parties to architect efficient and stable production integrations.
  • Document and analyze current business processes and underlying systems/applications.
  • Define and implement best practices for integrations with standard enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM. • Define version control procedures and assist in managing all environments and code releases on each.
  • File Conversions –Migrate existing Dell Boomi interfaces into HCI.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical peers and business users.
  • Form strong working relationships with peers and across the organization.

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 – 6 years of hands-on development experience in SAP ABAP, Dell Boomi, and HCI Integrations.
  • Experience in building Integration Strategy for customers having on-premise and cloud application systems (Success Factors and SAP).
  • Experience with full life cycle implementation and complex integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Experience and knowledge of SAP Activate for SAP Success Factors Methodology.
  • Functional Background with cross-module experience including understanding of integration points across SAP Success Factors modules, SAP On-Premise (HCM), and Middleware (PI, PO, Dell Boomi, HCI, and Bib).
  • Experience with testing (SIT/UAT), training, knowledge-transfer, and deployment.

Skills:

  • Must have knowledge in HCI (Hana Cloud Integration) and Dell Boomi.
  • Have a full understanding of cloud-based integration, API management, and Master Data Management.
  • Working knowledge on all types of connectors types in BOOMI, process reporting and Atom/ Atmosphere management.
  • Good Knowledge in the area of SAP on-premise HCM, Success Factors Employee Central, and Compensation.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in integration between SAP Success Factors and SAP /Non-SAP Applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivating and be able to plan your own work.
  • Collaborative and a team player.
