We are looking for a full-time direct hire Senior SuccessFactors Systems Analyst for one of our esteemed clients in Houston. Looking for someone with hands-on experience to deliver HR technology and process deliverables, particularly in SuccessFactors Employee Central. Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central module with a minimum of 2 certifications in the following modules (Employee Central, Compensation (both basic and variable pay), Recruiting, Onboarding, or Learning Management System) within SuccessFactors. The Analyst should have previous experience configuring modules, as well as assisting clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of SuccessFactors HR application solutions. All certifications must be current.

Position: SAP HCI Technical consultant

Term: Full-Time/Contract W2

Job Responsibilities:

We are adding to the team of a Success Factors implementation with our global client.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the HCI and Boomi development process from requirements gathering to full development.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve problems with HCI and Boomi integrations.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team and third parties to architect efficient and stable production integrations.
  • Document and analyze current business processes and underlying systems/applications.
  • Define and implement best practices for integrations with standard enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM. • Define version control procedures and assist in managing all environments and code releases on each.
  • File Conversions –Migrate existing Dell Boomi interfaces into HCI.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical peers and business users.
  • Form strong working relationships with peers and across the organization.

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 – 6 years of hands-on development experience in SAP ABAP, Dell Boomi, and HCI Integrations.
  • Experience in building Integration Strategy for customers having on-premise and cloud application systems (Success Factors and SAP).
  • Experience with full life cycle implementation and complex integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Experience and knowledge of SAP Activate for SAP Success Factors Methodology.
  • Functional Background with cross-module experience including understanding of integration points across SAP Success Factors modules, SAP On-Premise (HCM), and Middleware (PI, PO, Dell Boomi, HCI, and Bib).
  • Experience with testing (SIT/UAT), training, knowledge-transfer, and deployment.

Skills:

  • Must have knowledge in HCI (Hana Cloud Integration) and Dell Boomi.
  • Have a full understanding of cloud-based integration, API management, and Master Data Management.
  • Working knowledge on all types of connectors types in BOOMI, process reporting and Atom/ Atmosphere management.
  • Good Knowledge in the area of SAP on-premise HCM, Success Factors Employee Central, and Compensation.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in integration between SAP Success Factors and SAP /Non-SAP Applications.

Position: HRIS ANALYST – KRONOS

Term: Full-Time (with Direct Client)

This position will be responsible for leading the design, development, and programming of custom interfaces, programs, and reports within the Kronos application suite. This role is responsible for the integration and implementation of the Kronos platform across the organization ensuring successful change management through training and communications. In addition, this role will develop new and innovative ways to automate HR functions and processes to gain efficiencies by supporting upgrades, testing and other technical projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Integrate and implement Kronos platform leveraging project management and technical acumen.
  • Define, configure/develop, test, analyze, and maintain Kronos Workforce Central application (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, Activities, and Analytics).
  • Gather requirements and configure solutions within Kronos and develop WIM and other custom interfaces.
  • Creates detailed functional and technical design documents, test plans and implementation documents
  • Analyzes data, information and systems problems by applying analytical skills and effectively communicate findings and design solutions using Excel, Access or other HR systems.
  • Assist users to develop, maintain, produce and distribute standard and custom reports, queries and interfaces.
  • Collaborates in a team environment and independently with vendors, business partners and technology teams on projects, support activities, application development and standardization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document business processes and user flows, analyze input from product owners to create and design solutions to help solve business problems.
  • Lead the change management effort to envision, enroll, and execute others to engage in the Kronos platform.
  • Successfully train team members to equip them with the knowledge and tools to navigate the Kronos platform.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience as a business systems analyst or similar capacity.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Kronos Workforce Central application (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, Activities, and Analytics).
  • Prior experience in implementation and change management across the organization.
  • The ability to train and equip others is required.
  • Experience with Ultimate Software (UltiPro) or similar HRMS systems preferred.
  • Prior experience in project management preferred.
  • Ability to configure Pay Rules, Work rules, OT rules, pay code distributions, accrual calculations, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications with an emphasis on highly available and scalable global solutions.
  • Ability to identify improvements for designated systems, development of appropriated policies and procedures.
  • Self-starter capable of managing multiple tasks at the same time while producing high-quality results.
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors to implement high-quality systems integrations.
  • Strong technical proficiency required, including Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The HRIS Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for overall technical business ownership of the HRIS systems framework, including case management, recruitment, learning, payroll, time, and attendance. The HR BA understands end-to-end HR data and business processes, possesses knowledge of system integrations and leads/supports teams on technical issue resolution, implementation of new modules and functionality, and facilitates business change management. The HRIS system scope includes SAP SuccessFactors modules as they are implemented. The HRIS BA will also support the onboarding of any new HR data.

Serve as the lead resource on human resource technology projects (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), with a focus on end-to-end business data and associated processes.

  • Lead the HRIS Data Migration team in migrating business units to the HRIS (SAP Employee Central) and in making any necessary changes to the business processes as needed for any M&A integrations.
  • For feature enhancements and/or acquisition activities, participate in the project management process including; assessing business and application requirements, design specification development, change management, system configuration, identifying security requirements, developing test plans, coordinating test execution and implementation.
  • Capture and document non-functional requirements that are important to the user community (i.e. usability, learnability, reliability).
  • Liaise with architecture to ensure other non-functional requirements are considered (i.e. security, compatibility, maintainability).
  • Coordinate diverse groups who contribute to business requirements and build consensus for requirements across the various user groups.
  • Communicate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems to technical teams designing and implementing the solution.
  • Oversee/facilitate the implementation and test of HRIS and Kronos service packs, quarterly upgrades and other system updates.
  • Support the development, analysis and implementation of time & attendance systems to provide oversight compliance and accuracy of payroll systems
  • Serve as the expert configuration resource for implemented modules/functions of HR/Payroll applications.
  • Serve as an HR/Payroll team Business Intelligence (BI) resource/support, including coordination with the BI lead resource for requirements analysis, data modeling, testing, security, integration and query development.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum five (5) years experience in business operations or HR/Payroll Business Support.
  • Minimum five (5) years experience in HRIS and/or Payroll and/or Workforce Management systems configuration and implementation, preferably in a team lead role.
  • Experience in configuring and implementing HCM modules in SAP SuccessFactors (EC, workflow and Business Warehouse), or a similar HRIS system preferred.
  • Experience with testing and problem solving within SAP SuccessFactors EC is required
