1. Introduction

Welcome to SLRI Solutions, LLC (“SLRIS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, platforms, software, applications, content, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, browsing, or using our Services in any manner, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use our Services.

These Terms apply globally to all users and customers in jurisdictions where SLRIS operates, including the United States, Canada, India, Costa Rica, and beyond.

2. Eligibility and Authorized Use

You agree to use the Services in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

  • Attempting to access or tamper with systems, servers, or accounts without authorization

  • Transmitting any viruses, malware, or harmful code

  • Violating intellectual property or proprietary rights of others

  • Using the Services to harass, exploit, or abuse others

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action for any violations.

3. Account Registration and Security

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

  • Engage in automated data collection (e.g., scraping, mining) without express written consent

  • Send unsolicited messages, spam, or advertising

  • Interfere with system performance, availability, or integrity

We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove any content or account violating these restrictions.

5. Suspension and Termination

SLRIS may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Unauthorized or unlawful use of the Services

  • Harm or risk to other users, SLRIS systems, or operations

Termination does not limit any rights or remedies available to us under law or equity.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to software, logos, branding, graphics, documentation, and content, are owned or licensed by SLRIS and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws worldwide.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent from SLRIS.

7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS or text communications from SLRIS, which may include account alerts, marketing promotions, transactional updates, and service notifications.

  • Message Frequency: May vary depending on interaction

  • Opt-Out: You may opt-out at any time by replying “STOP”

  • Help: For support, reply “HELP” or contact us

  • Carrier Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply

  • Data Privacy: Mobile information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes and is handled per our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SLRIS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLRIS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Services is also governed by our [Privacy Policy], which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. SLRIS complies with applicable privacy laws, including:

  • GDPR and UK GDPR

  • CCPA/CPRA

  • PIPEDA

  • India’s IT Act and forthcoming data protection legislation

  • Costa Rica’s Law No. 8968

By using our Services, you consent to our collection, processing, storage, and transfer of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11. International Users

If you access the Services from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. By using our Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to our global operations including in the U.S., Canada, India, and Costa Rica.

12. Modifications to Terms

SLRIS may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date and post the revised Terms on our website. Material changes may also be communicated via email or other means.

Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies or agreements explicitly referenced, constitute the entire agreement between you and SLRIS regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications.
